they were basically forced to make a real corporation for the music side of things with woowakgud as the president and they're very involved with parable entertainment which is kind of like korean mythic but bigger
theoretically they own their IP and they do a lot of their own funding decisions, though I'm not sure whether that gets paid out themselves or through a management account and they're basically free to do what they want as long as it wouldn't bring harm to the group and overall wakgood community, but it's asia so they operate more cohesively than most vtuber groups and I'm not sure what would happen if they didn't--probably just exiled
