My friend has severe depression too, attempted suicide before. But at least she has therapist to talk to about it. Hopefully you have something too like that or some meds to help. But surely if being here is just going to make it worse and upset you, then wouldn't it be best to just take break from these threads. Maybe even do a forced vacation if you have to.
