Holox is streaming like 5-6 days a week, all of them, while Council is some fairweather blue skies warm air kind of thing where they don't stream for long periods unless it's perfect conditions and even then you'll get only one of them streaming 5 days a week and the other four of them will be streaming 0-2 days a week. Why does cover have to pay out of their pockets to outfit people who don't give a shit? It's like saying Ayame has been there longer than most of them but hasn't gotten a new outfit in ages- why the fuck would they when she streams like 1-3 times a month? Literally would be a waste of money.
