The question is what kind of character you want to portray.
>Try to imagine her in the context of her character>Try to imagine her in real life or in motion>Try to imagine her inside an anime or speaking with the voice that she is supposed to haveI will call my version "cabbage", the blond version "earth" and the black haired "black"
Cabbage is a tomboy take on this character.
>She has a very racy school uniform with a crimson choker and exposed cleavage and undergarments>But she has an innocent green color for the rest of her outfit and childish shoes that cancels it out>She is tanned and almost certainly a gyaru>But is she? She has blue eyes, so the brown hair and skin color might be naturalIt is a contrast that allows an otherwise sexy design be innocent.
Earth is a unique take
>Her look says stylish over generic gyaru. Things like having a colored inside of her collar and gold buttons, and black bra all make something that would be more gyaru like into a woman with a mature and rich sense of style.>All of these things give Earth a mysterious aura.>Earth is the more traditional definition of the word "based" She probably eats skittles pizza or skinny dips in the local river or be surprisingly girly about something and doesn't care for any funny looks. If you have what it takes to pull this character off, This could be a very fresh voice in this over saturated field. This is the kind of character few could pull off well.
These are my feelings about it. Yours could differ.
Black is cool
Nothing much more to say it is a cool design that lends itself to a lot of things. Monochrome clothes have a nice feeling to them where they let the character show through.
The dark color all around accentuate her nice skin and thighs
