and the wording for the counter part is straight up copied from existing MtG cards
and while i admit Jeskai is traditionally not a color that often is linked to artifact synergies, thanks to modern MtG design, that too has been out the window for a while now and you will find plenty examples of commanders in Jeskai that work with energy an artifacts thanks to Universes Beyond and MH3 and since they fit the Chuuba in question i allowed myself the flavor leeway given due to those examples existing even if i got my own opinions on both of those products
