Kronii doesn't seem to know the western dubbing scene is trash on all sides. Projects have no voice directors, they just give you scripts to read and don't give you context. Your peers are constantly trying to backstab you to get the couple of roles that exist, to the point that only certain cliques of people can regularly get "real" work only based on name, not skill. And the fans generally detest dubs for both those reasons and use the original JP acting.
