If anything judging from how Aqua had Suisei help her fight with management to keep her in Hololive I have a theory. The talents that are most likely to graduate are those who are too kind to pick fights with management. As a result they don't get what they want, their grievances get suppressed, they get burned out, they get disillusioned with Hololive and their management and out of the blue they decide to pull the trigger and graduate. It's the same reason why in several relationships the woman breaks up with a man for seemingly no reason, but in actuality the woman actually had a lot of issues she was too kind (i.e. too much of a coward) to bring up and resolve.
