HoloEN also made mistakes, but they were professional enough that the fuckery within the non-weeb ones was only exposed to the fans in this shithole (who despise them to this day).
But with enough immersion into the audience (and more importantly, enough lost cash) even they are coming to realize what we want.
Obviously it's not perfect, there's still people like Matsuri, Ollie etc. still in the company. But at the very least they have the courtesy to not be two faced about it (even if that causes their numbers to be dogshit).
Western companies have a shitton of girls to pick from, but they always seem to pick the most extroverted, open and stacy types, because they're retards that think talking to an audience means they have to be able to talk to other people openly as well - forgetting that people like Aqua and Pekora, who are ULTRA spergs irl, can be some of the most entertaining chuubas behind a screen.
And then they get surprised when they get fucking grifters that jumped in the hobby for clout and the exact same type of people who bullied weebs as their own talents, wondering where it all went wrong.
