No fucking sir, miss or madam, just first names. Fuck the nip middle managers acting like what we would call small popes, demanding respect like a feudal lord. We just said that this is not going to work and they should look for local devs (which everyone knows doesnt exist since nips cannot program for their life) and they gave in eventually when they realized there was no change in hell we would play by their rules.
