>>81363274they give a shit, they really do. they have been genuinely trying to roll out more streaming tools for the past 4 years. it's just the site is spaghetti coded. youtube has gone through thousands upon thousands of coders, of various skill levels, over the years. nobody actually knows how the website works, not even the people who work there. it's a fucking mess. it makes me really sad. I love youtube so much, I haven't watched TV or things regular people watch since I was like 10 years old. i've grown up on youtube, it feels so much more real and soulful than corporate produced TV slop. it physically hurts my heart to see it get worse and worse as time goes on.
