cillia is my favorite live2D rigger, and as a rigger myself her learning file taught me everything I know about making cute bouncy models. she's the best of the best and I am SO happy that a big big vtuber is FINALLY getting a cillia rig! (no offense to lime, she only started growing after getting the cillia treatment though fufufu)
