Watame, no question. Sheep milk is high in fat, which is where most of the flavor of milk comes from. Though because of its freshness you'd have to be careful when storing it, as the fat can separate out from the milk. Vigorous shaking is needed to combine the fat back into the rest of the milk.
I'm not sure if the fat separates in her breasts as well, but I'd recommend vigorous shaking of her breasts before drinking just in case.
