You draw well, the issue here to make it look like a boy does not stem from size, it comes from form.
There are certain masses that indicate if something is male or female. For example, the shoulders on your drawing look perfectly broad, making them broader won't make it look more masculine, what you need is to add the bigger rib cage and proper tissue placement that defines a male.
I like to think of a woman's torso as more of a gentle curve while a male's torso has this barrel sort of look.
The way you lead the hip into the leg is also very feminine. The structure between the glutes and the hip on a man is not as flowing.
Note that you can draw something that looks 100% like a girl and sell it as a boy, pic rel.
