Actually why even call it "United States" of America. There's no point, because people talk about all the states here anyways. The only reason it existed back in the Constitution was because of the country being a new thing.

Worst case just name it America, because this is not a loose agreement between multiple states, so just have it be
America - the country
Point is, it doesn't matter how things change, the name exists to reflect the state of creation
