Blue archive you're limited by AP and you can autoclear stages you've already 3 starred so the main content that'd take time is getting a good total assault run for the day to skip the other two. It takes about the same time as the others listed. Granblue however, yes that's a grind game but I still love it. Hi3 and star rail are stam limited so those cleanup fast.
