I think the timing coinciding with Purin's hiatus is pretty suspect, and the fact that she's calling this a permanent hiatus instead of just saying graduation and didn't completely rule out coming back eventually could indicate reincarnation, but then on the other hand it could all just be coincidence and she really is just done.
But then on the other OTHER hand this is Kana we're talking about, so she could mean every word she said in the announcement but then change her mind a week from now and come right back anyway.
