>>68809162>Maybe I should just stream while tired anyway? You can either stream when tired, or you can learn to manage yourself to the extent to which you can do streams at some later time, but before anything else you get some minimal amount of rest.
By doing the first, you are going to need to change the vibes that you have for yourself, as they are not really going to match a hyper streamer, and even more if you really want to stream for more than just one hour (or even less, lol) then you are going to find out that the amount of rest you can get is truly limited, and that you might as well try to not exert yourself more than necessary, as it will hinder and even force you to stop streaming before your desired time to reach.
Or, you can also try to rest a little bit before streaming, and go for longer times, I am not going to search for specific data, but you can find by searching about them: How micro naps affect energy levels, how focused resting aids the maintenance of the body, and how breaks in the middle of long work hours help workers to stay productive for longer. With that mentioned, you then can see and think that, maybe, if you were to introduce into your life schedule a break of half to one hour then you might be able to stream with a higher/the desired amount of energy, and by doing that then you can also get to not damage your body by removing from it the so much needed rest and also accomplish the objective of what you were desiring.
>But I wonder if being low energy would leave a bad impression? It always ultimately depends on the viewer in particular, they never respond all exactly the same, but try to think about what you want, if your community is low energy, then when you have the chances of being high energy your Numbers are going to be affected, if your community was before only high energy, then there might be a period of shock and adaptation that will also affect your Numbers, but the future people will just have to see for the first time how you overall are as a streamer. Now, if you believe that low energy is not good, then it might be on the best of your interest to not only be low-energy, but also angry because you are low energy, as that will clearly affect any newcomer.
>Or maybe I'm overthinking it?You just noticed a problem that you wanted to solve, and you have yet not found a solution to it.
You will find a solution, just keep working on it, anon!
