I wonder if retarded Nip staff fails to understand the level of English proficiency in EU countries, particularly among their target demographic. Maybe they figured it must only be the UK and Ireland where people can speak English, so their EU customers must all be there. Even then it boggles the mind why Scotland was chosen over a place in southern England. What gives?
