What if, the reason Mata's contract ended was not because of merch but M. MERCH, more specifically Mint Merch, remember how we said that VShojo helped Mint to her merch store considering some stuff that still on her page code? What if Mata helped her friend out, connecting the two (person behind the page and Mint), and VShojo didn't like that, it wouldn't be contract breaching but it would be close to it, the dates are also really close, her merch store went up in Valentine's a few days before issues between Mata and company started, and finalized in their decision on the 5th.
It would make sense why Mata never thought it was wrong, and it wasn't as dramatic as people might think it was, or contract breaching, since it probably wasn't on their contract but VShojo thought she still did them wrong.
