I'd assume Lumina's plan is going full Uto/Nabi and stream in Japanese for EOPs even though she is Korean. She's been doing lots of stuff for chuubas lately, including Ina's "Violet" video and loading screens and other assets for people like Nabi, Irys and Kroni so it makes sense for her to want to try to ride some of the wave. My rrat for why she isn't a real Nabi face is that she either doesn't have enough clout to get a design from Nabi as she only really does comms for corps (the only exception to this so far being Mana as they are friends) or Nabi is booked out so far that she didn't want to wait but still wanted that Nabi look instead of how she drew it.
