Theres two types of people when it comes to sickness, the ones that hide their sickness at all and just muscle through it and the ones that like to lay in bed and be babied and cared for. Theres nothing wrong with either but I were to guess, you're the latter. That must be a pretty good feeling to be taken care of like that. Hot tea and soup brought to you to get better whenever you need it. Also hugs work, hugging is really good to heal and kisses as well. I'm not joking, those two things stimulate good hormones in the body and it reduces pain, and discomfort. Of course it has to be from someone you love otherwise it wont work.

My cousin was telling me that during the scamdemic her family would all eat in their rooms and they had minimal contact throughout that time. I thought she was completely crazy who would do that? Ever since I was a child I would always try to hang around the sick people, so that my immunity would build, just like the "princess bride" movie (except he used poison). And it worked, I rarely get sick. I think its crazy that people stay away from their loved ones when sick. Does "in sickness and in health" mean nothing to people anymore?

Ive told this story before, but when im in a relationship, I quite enjoy spending all day with my beloved. Even in sickness. So I would keep her at my side taking care of her, and hoping that I could get sick too. What she goes through I go through :^) together always in sickness and in health. Thats why I think its crazy that people distance themselves from their loved ones when sick. Why would you abandon someone, especially if its the one you love, over something trivial like a sickness?
