Vtubers don't want unsolicited advice, but since there's no self posters in the thread here is my unsolicited advice.
(not all but many) Viewers in this thread watch vtubers for two things:
Cute anime faces, and lip-service.
Instead of dumping thousands of dollars into a poorly rigged live2D invest in a png with different faces you can toggle. Different emotes to emote with your model.
Say things that can go along with the faces you toggle when you make your model emote.
That said sometimes a vtuber who sits in silence and can't figure out anything clever to say with a poorly rigged model, and a collab mate hogging the air while chat spams sound alerts can be cute too, and I understand the appeal I think.

The audience of 30 /wvt/ chatters does not enjoy gameplay because they like to be showered in their waifus cute laughs as she drip feeds them attention.
If gaming is to be used as a crutch it should be video game footage the vtuber is watching with chat so as to decrease the distraction from their attention starved founders and other chatters.
This is only if you want to pander towards the 30 /wvt/ chatters. Otherwise try making short 15 minute talk show VODs that discuss a topic in a short informative and entertaining way.
