The model was because she really, really liked the selen design and was upset that she felt like she did Kamame dirty for not living up to her work.
Pretty much everything she's done hasn't been taking shots at Niji, but trying to overwrite the bad times with good ones. Hence singing Last Cup of Coffee at the concert, continuing with the same names and ideas, wanting to win the same vtuber awards under her own name, etc.
Right now, she's basically reclaimed everything. Her fans are back, she's had many of her dreams realized. Her contacts are still intact and her reach has only grown larger. On top of that, Canada Post is finally running again and she's effectively fixed all of her logistics issues by working with GamerSupps to be her merch distributor. If 2024 was about reclamation, 2025 will be about growth.
