The original account which I was able to find presumably Luna's reincarnation from also changed twitter handles and added a fantia and yt link.
If my guess is right, their newly founded group is called Hamoyuri, with Kefilia being now called Ina and Luna being called Oko.
While this is technically a rrat, here's some background. Umeru's reincarnation was followed almost immediately by the Japanese Rplay account. I assume they just follow anyone who signs up as a content creator for their platform, which does make their follow list a useful tool to find reincarnations which plan to stream on Rplay. Seeing rplay follow a vtuber twitter account with just 2 followers and zero tweets stood out to me, so I decided to look into it. Said 0view account followed another account, which at the time of me looking into it first shared the same prefix, that being Hamoyuri.
Just the other day, the Oko account changed their handle, their profile header, and added a yt, fantia and rplay link. The Ina account did the same roughly today. The Oko account also features an interesting line in their description along the lines of "I'll do naughty things with my partner Ina".
Two avtubers, part of a new group, presumably debuting at the same time, while also stating explicitly to be "collabing" with each other is the strongest reincarnation lead I have. No debut dates anywhere, but they are setting things up in real time, which likely means that it is going to be sooner rather than later.
