Kiara's never been one to outright say something bad or good thats going happen in Hololive, she would drop sneaky hints here and there during a random tangent stream but not this kind of stuff since it's something she'd 100% get asked to explain during stream and if it's something that's not supposed to be shared then she wouldn't lead her viewers to a dead end like that.
So I wouldn't just take it as a coincidence for now, at least until another EN member says something similar on Twitter.
