FMA Bruddahood is good, manga's better though because sound direction sucks. Kaguya is great, great manga turned into even better anime. Steins;Gate is incredible and one of the best romances if you wanna gos. Attack on Titan obviously quite loved but people hated the ending. Never seen Gintama. Monster... is way too slow if you watch the anime. 75 episodes is too fucking long for that story, and it isn't even the best Urasawa. If you're gonna consume Urasawa do yourself a favor and seriously just read 20th Century Boys or Pluto. I don't know about Billy Bat.

Cowboy Bebop... You've seen Cowboy Bebop, right anon? If you liked that, might as well watch Samurai Champloo. Slightly different feel, not quite as good, but still great.
Mushoku Tensei is worth watching just to see what a literal perfect we-made-this-studio-to-make-this-anime adaptation is like.
Ippo. I forgot all about sports manga in the last post. Watch the Ippo dub. I mean seriously, there's no excuse not to. One Outs is good, don't trust IRyS. Read the eyeshield 21 manga if you liked OPM and liked murata's art and want to join in the kino american football loving IRyStocrats club. On that note, read Ashita no Joe. The anime is kind of unwatchable imo, but the manga is really fucking good and eminently accessible.
Fate... Fate is its own whole thing. Honestly just watch Unlimited Blade Works and Zero. If you want to consume any more than that just read the VNs but it's not really worth it.

Comedy manga: Hinamatsuri, Gekkan Shojo, Grand Blue are all good choices off the top of my head. Gekkan Shojo is absolutely hilarious. Uhh all of these have okay anime but seriously just do yourself a favor and read the manga. Gekkan Shojo has a really good opening theme though.

If you were thinking about reading the Fate VNs just don't bother and read Tsukihime or watch the Kara no Kyoukai movies instead. KnK has fitting mood for October. Some of the movies are boring, but they're all beautiful and a handful of them are really fantastic.

Golden Kamuy manga is finished and also really great. I guess on the note of seinen, there's always Berserk but if you're gonna consume Berserk you might as well read Korean Berserk instead: Shin Angyo Onshi. It's better and finished.
On the note of Korean stuff, there's Solo Leveling obviously. Tower of God. There's a lot to the manhwa world and I could go on but that's just a whole new world to open up in one post, so I'll just say you should check out What Happens Inside The Dungeon. Kind of esoteric take but shit that manhwa is really good. NSFW stuff in it though. Don't read it at work.
