Even if the pieces were all premade separately (which I highly doubt based on how imprecise some of the minor elements look) it takes quite a lot of time to assemble all this stuff. Not to mention plating a grand total of 8 separate dishes plus 6 or 7 platters is not nearly as easy as it looks if you want to make it clean. Based on their twitter this person also definitely works with crafts and small sculptures so it's not much of a stretch at all to assume that stuff is handmade. If you can't understand what's impressive about it you will never understand and you will also never find true love and you are ugly.
