She claims that someone at an agency told her that you shouldn't be in character when auditioning., and goes on to treat it like it's cringe, because you're basically applying for a job while roleplaying. Which is true. Except that the Holo and Niji audition forms specifically tell you to be in character in your audition video, so she clearly has no idea what the fuck she's talking about, and the "advice" isn't applicable to 95% of people, who are only auditioning for those two companies. Whoever she spoke with wasn't from those two companies, and that's assuming that she didn't just fabricate the whole thing.
