there's so much depressing stuff here, can i share a positive blogpost? i'm about 6 feet tall and was a stick for most of my life. usually around 145lbs. after I stopped smoking cigarettes, I slowly crept up to 160-165lbs, which I thought was a good weight. because of covid and wfh, and being a fatass eating more junk at home, I got up to almost 200 and started to freak out. i said i would start dieting after the vaccination was done and I've been sticking to it. well, it's been a littles less than a month and i'm down to 178. I'm getting there! I want to get back to 160.
