Her style of content is very driven in its own way and putting it in a box will squander her talent without addressing her personal issues that hold her back. What she needs the most is a strong community, a strong network of friends, and someone close enough to her who can snap her out of her menhera spirals and guide her back into focus on the present moment. A corporation does not guarantee that. As Nijisanji demonstrated on multiple occasions, your coworkers are not your friends. The business usually comes first. Anything else is either an exception, or manufactured PR that will not hold under stress. She also seems to struggle with an understanding of what corporate vtubers have to deal with. In one of her many rants she listed off struggles that popular vtubers don't have to deal with, many of which were inaccurate or overly simplified. I don't know how much her perceptions changed since then, but she needs to reevaluate her expectations, and needs to stop chasing old friends for approval. If they really want to keep sucking off Nijisanji in current year or suck up to former livers who got abused by them, but exclude her specifically, then fuck them. They are not the type of people worth bringing, nor keeping, in her life.
