The lack of voice feedback and BGM, the fact that she was in a space that's usually reserved for her private life unlike her streaming booth, not having youtube throwing a bunch of numbers at her as she streams, not having to worry about managing her OBS, not having to worry about the chat going so fast you can't read it, a lot of things add up to make her sound way more relaxed than usual, which in turn is probably what makes it feel more intimate.
