TL;DR: leaked screenshot of people close to HoloCN knowing that the Spade Echo stuff was going to get leaked by Artia. It seems that Artia initially approached Doris to also berate Spade but Doris chose not to do it, which might explain why shortly after the Spade Echo leaks, the Doris leaks happened.
