So Anycolor can just buy their own stock back and continue riding JP's boom for the long term as the stupidest/most short-term minded investors jump ship. Especially if they plan to either fold the EN branch or revitalize it with a massive investment push in the future using JP's profits, it makes sense I suppose.
Though that's like, the most optimistic view of the situation you can have. It's also valid to say they're just desperate and trying to entice investors.
