It's funny how Enna doesn't earn anything and coasts on nepotism, yet constantly brags about supposedly "overcoming adversity". Meanwhile Pomu works her ass off and succeeds through perserverence, but never makes those kinds of self-serving bragging statements.
The clearest example of the difference in character is how Enna used her non-life threatening wisdom tooth surgery to stir up a big drama pretending she will die. While Pomu actually had life-threatening surgery and never even brought it up on stream.
Pomu is everything Enna pretends she is, but isn't.
