I think there can be some english shota voices out there but they lean more on the side of shounen/young boy. I still think Alban does a good shota voice because he makes me uoohh a lot. I agree that Swedish men can sound very young so I guess we do need more Swedes too. In my opinion though, shota isn't just about voice. It's mannerisms too. Bratty behavior, certain ways of expressing excitedness, sense of humor, etc. Ike and Altare would make excellent shota with all of those factors and if he could put on a voice I'd argue Gale would make a good shota too. I'm perfectly okay with someone not having a shota voice but still having the personality and mannerisms for it.
