I used FuwaMoco as well, evne though I did notice they went with all caps and even told the JPs when they asked that they prefer romaji full caps, but I didn't think it was a big deal until they said it again, in english. Then I understood that it wasn't just a tourist guide, that was their preference, and so I followed.
