They are not VTubers, and no a couple of the members doing YouTube activities doesn't change that, it's like calling Pewdiepie a YouTuber for having put on an avatar on occasiob
Each Nijisanji branch has different management and they aren't even Nijisanji members so if the point of the OP is to say
"Nijisanji management is... LE BAD" it doesn't even hold water
