Speaking as a Fandead, I personally separate Rushia and the person behind Rushia as two different entities. I only care about Rushia and what her character is. As Cover said, the private lives of those behind the avatar are their own, and I respect that. So this incident with MafuMafu never bothered me. What upsets me is the way some fans (GFE idol fans) behaved and also due to how haters (most seemingly from MafuMafu's fanbase) took the opportunity to throw cancel culture around.
Now, given everything we have come to learn over the past few days, it seems the person behind Rushia isn't dating MafuMafu based on just observable facts. Rushia's GFE hype exploded last year, and in the previous year, the person behind Rushia seemingly didn't date someone either until the contrary is unearthed. Whatever feelings the person behind Rushia had at the time, she took the risk to eliminate falsehoods that endangered Rushia by confiding in KoreKore. Unfortunately, it was a risk she paid the ultimate price to do. So those GFE fans got their answer: Rushia is GFE, but Rushia is no more now, and it sucks, and I'll likely never get over how shitty this all went down.
