The best kind of CP is coated in a moderate yet satisfactory amount of white sauce, and garnished with whatever other "extra toppings" suit your own tastes. If you've never tried CP like this then I highly recommend it. This might even become your favorite type of CP. Heck, you could even combine the types and go for a white sauce CP with barbeque sauce drizzled over it. Now doesn't that just sound appetizing?
