Sushi is a very strong contender for JP (well liked by the vshojo community, has confirmed that she applied) and is mixed EN/JP, like all the other japanese vshojo talents, so she could join collabs with the EN members and wouldn't feel isolated, which makes a lot of sense. If they don't get a mixed talent for JP they'd probably need to get multiple talents because otherwise the single JP-only speaker would feel isolated and alone.
For EN it's a bit harder. If they consider another man then HeavenlyFather is solid and popular with the existing vshojo fanbase.
Grimmi is a strong pick because she's super cute and wasn't an orbiter before, so she brings an existing fanbase with her that isn't already part of the vshojo audience.
