Pippa has always been touted as the shy socially inept one, but now does more collaborations than anyone else in the company. At this point she probably has more outside the company than within. She probably just feels compelled to do it with anyone who asks at this point because doing otherwise would mean being anti-social and reversing the progress she's made.
