I mean, you're going to start a new phase somewhere else, and you don't even know if it will work out. Why make such a tough decision like graduating?. Many Holomems stream and have their businesses outside of Hololive, why not do the same?
It seems like a huge stupidity to me that she wants to "graduate" (even if it’s a 'soft graduation,' you could take a big hiatus first and see if you really want to leave. Damn).
