Reflect on the time that has gone by, then talk about how they met their significant other. Tell either a funny story or a sweet story about the two of them that made you think they were a good fit for each other. Encourage people to support the new couple as they start this new chapter of their lives, and then propose a toast.
That's a decent enough framework. But also (so this post is at least *somewhat* on topic) I wonder which of the ENs have given speeches at weddings?
