>>89953748I think it's because the Japanese are autistic and like feeling emotionally attached to a box of vtubers and the brand they belong to, and having them only collab with eachother for awhile grows that feeling. For me it's kind of whatever if it's a JP only thing, but if they decide to have an EN gen and do the same thing I probably won't watch any of them.
