Though even Ruki was kind of surprised in the 21st stream at Delta's situation so who knows who much she knows. I can't remember but I feel like Shigu was in the stream chat on the 21st though that is purely based on my bad memory.
We'll see. Though how many people design a character for and stream with a person they have known for 5 years and they aren't more then just a fan. It sounds like the usual Delta autism and they are friends Delta just hasn't realized it yet... again I'm on the outside so who really knows.
