My night of sleep is 1 hour Subcon (going to sleep) 4 hours REM, alarm "wakes" me up for about five minutes and I get another hour of sleep. It allows me to remember my dreams and get back into them and take a more active approach.
I think it helps with my creative works. I haven't watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit in like 15 years but it was vivid enough to bring up.
Unfortunately I didn't get much after spraying Judge Doom with the dip because awakening but I do remember unhooking a chicken and Kiara before connection lost.
