Zeta is probably much older than Kobo by several years. She's probably doing her final year project which doesn't require her to go to the uni on a regular basis, unlike Kobo.
How about Kaela? She's a hag. Probably nearing her 30s and without any job outside of streaming. She explained in her stream that she already had a proper streaming setup before joining Hololive. So, she could have worked as a streamer/YouTuber full-time before.
