Honestly, I'm glad she's leaving. As a character, she'll be missed but I never liked how little effort the person behind the character put in. We don't know the full story behind her traumas or whether she really was a nepotism hire but she had so much time to prove her self.
Why is she suddenly able to put in so much effort and stream so often now? Did she really just procrastinate the whole year and now, after being fired, she wants to enjoy all that she's about to lose? I'm convinced that she didn't care about vtubing until recently. She should have just gave up earlier so she wouldn't keep stinging us along like this.
