I guess she just wanted it to let it out somewhere, but I'm not sure what the point of all of this was. It just felt like she was saying "I'm not getting numbers and I keep seeing others get popular so quickly with less effort"
I guess shes just sad that her chat is just the same regulars, she noticed its always the same viewers and she rarely gets newer viewers to her stream. Even when her numbers increased a bit with the ASMR streams, the chat was still the same faces.
