So most likely she'll just get old, haggy, and the knowledge of her dead-end scenario will force her memory to go bad as a coping mechanism, and she'll just be kind of psycho and act like some roaming enemy NPC. These are the weird old semi-belligerent people you see at walmart or taking public transit.
